How we process applicant personal information
BeeNoss Advisory & Consulting respects the privacy and protection of your personal information.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed for recruitment and selection purposes in accordance with applicable South African laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Information we collect
We may collect personal and contact details, employment history, qualifications, references, assessment results, identification and verification information, and any documents you submit as part of your application.
How we use your information
Your information is used to assess your application, conduct interviews and assessments, perform verification checks where permitted by law, communicate with you about the recruitment process, and consider you for current or future roles.
Who may access your information
Access is limited to authorised BeeNoss employees, recruiters, hiring managers, and approved service providers involved in recruitment and selection. Information is handled securely and confidentially.
Retention
We retain applicant information only for as long as necessary for recruitment purposes and applicable legal requirements. If you consent to future opportunities, your information may be retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (where permitted), withdraw consent where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
