Founders of BeeNoss Advisory and Consulting
At BeeNoss, a thriving hive starts with strong leadership, clear purpose, and the right people in the right roles. Leading our hive are two experienced HR professionals with over 15 years of combined experience building people-powered organisations across Media, IT, Financial Services, Professional Consulting, Healthcare, and Security.
Strategic HR Leader
The first founder is a Strategic HR Leader with a Master's in Human Resource Management – Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg and is currently completing a specialisation in Strategic Leadership and Management. Their career began in security and healthcare and has progressed into strategic roles, guiding organisations through compliance, transformation, and people development.
They bring calm, clarity, and a long-term view, always keeping the "queen bee" — the business vision — at the centre of the hive. Committed to ethical leadership, continuous learning, and aligning HR strategies with evolving business needs.
Talent Management Specialist
The second founder is a Talent Management Specialist with a BCom in Human Resource Management, also from UJ. With nearly a decade of experience across IT, Finance, and Professional Consulting, they have built a strong track record in recruitment strategy, performance systems, leadership development, and succession planning.
Energetic and people-focused, they know how to attract talent, develop it, and keep the hive buzzing with motivation and purpose. Their combination of warmth and strategic insight drives growth for both individuals and organisations.
